HOW IT WORKS
The EFY Assurance
• EFYBonanza is backed by the 39 years of experience of EFY Group.
• Your money will be in safe hands. It will be transferred to the respective vendor(s) only after we have confirmed the receipt of product at your end.
• If the product is
out of stock or delivery gets extended beyond 21 days from the
receipt of your payment in our account, your payment will be
refunded, if desired.
Role of EFY
EFY's primary role is to be a
guardian of your payments. EFY will release your payment to
the respective vendor, only after confirming the receipt of
goods at your end.
The Offers
Offers presented in
'EFYBonanza.com' are basically a compilation of good offers on tech
products. These offers are NOT from EFY, but from various different
brands, importers and resellers. The warranty for product is backed
by the respective vendor.
Outstation Cheques
Add Rs 50 for outside Delhi
cheques.
No Hidden Costs
All prices are inclusive of taxes
and delivery charges. There are no additional charges except for
fees on outstation cheques, which can be saved too, if you pay via
credit card.
Delivery Period
It can take us 7 to 14 days to
deliver your products, after receipt of your payment in our bank
account. In case of cheques, it may take 8 to 10 days for them to
get encashed in EFY’s account.
The Billing System
On receipt of your payment, EFY
will send you a Cash Receipt, and an order number via post and email
(if possible). The final bill along with warranty cards will be sent
along with the product by the respective vendor(s).
Warranties
Warranties of products are backed
by respective vendors, who may either by original equipment
manufacturers, channel-partners, or importers.
Complaints
In case of complaints or any
damages related to the receipt of the product, you must inform us at
efybon@efyindia.com or call us at 011-26810601 or 02 or 03. Your complaint must reach us within 48 hours of receipt of product.The payments

Bangalore or Kolkata offices. or at ICICI bank (A/C # 007105001788)
or HDFC bank (A/c # 1342000017209) in the name of EFY Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
• Cheques or Demand Drafts are to be made in the name of 'EFY Enterprises Pvt Ltd'
• Payments are to be sent to EFY Bonanza, C/O EFY Group, D-87/1, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi-110020.
• You can pay via credit cards via the order form (inside back cover).
